Limited Warranty – Knoxxa Digital Ltd for Starlink Services

The Starlink Kit and Services are novel, under development, and subject to change. The Starlink Kit will be free from defects in material and workmanship and generally meet performance goals set forth in the Starlink Specifications, as amended by Starlink based on experience and innovation (“Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty is available based on the Kit model, Service location, and the equipment seller (“Warranty Period”) and operates alongside any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.

Warranty Periods

High Performance Kit (All HP Models and all countries) 24 months from date of original purchase on www.starlink.com or from authorized retailer
Standard Kit, Enterprise Kit, and Mini Kit (EU and UK) 24 months from date of original purchase on www.starlink.com or from authorized retailer
Standard Kit, Enterprise Kit, and Mini Kit (excluding EU and UK) 12 months from date of original purchase on www.starlink.com or from authorized retailer
Accessories & Devices Sold Separately (EU and UK) 24 months from date of original purchase on www.starlink.com or from authorized retailer
Accessories & Devices Sold Separately (excluding EU and UK) 12 months from date of original purchase on www.starlink.com or from authorized retailer

What the Customer Must Do

If your Starlink Kit fails to meet the Limited Warranty standard, you may submit a warranty claim via the Starlink Customer Support Portal with a detailed description of the issue. Upon approval, you must return the defective device; failure to do so may result in a charge for the replacement device.

What Starlink Will Do

Upon receiving your claim, Starlink will replace the defective device within 30 days. This replacement device will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the greater of 3 months or the remainder of the original Warranty Period. The remedies described here are your exclusive remedies for any breaches of the Limited Warranty.

Approved Starlink Kit Modifications for In-Motion Kits by Retailers

To retain the Limited Warranty, all modifications made by authorized retailers to the Starlink Kit must have written approval from Starlink and may be subject to evaluation fees.
