Acceptable Use Policy

Knoxxa Digital provides various managed services and technology resources to support its employees and clients in achieving their business objectives. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the acceptable practices and behaviors for using Knoxxa Digital's technology resources, including but not limited to computer systems, networks, software, and internet access. 1. Acceptable Use

  3. Data Protection: Users are responsible for protecting confidential and sensitive information stored or accessed through Knoxxa Digital's technology resources. This includes complying with data privacy laws and company policies regarding data handling, storage, and sharing.
  4. Resource Conservation: Users must not engage in activities that consume excessive network bandwidth, storage capacity, or computing resources unless it is necessary for their job responsibilities and approved by management.
  5. Professional Conduct: All communications and interactions conducted using Knoxxa Digital's technology resources must adhere to professional standards and reflect positively on the company. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

  1. Unauthorized Access: Users must not attempt to access or use any system, network, or data without proper authorization. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
  2. Malicious Software: Users must not introduce or distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software onto Knoxxa Digital's technology resources. This includes downloading or installing unauthorized software or files that may pose a security risk.
  3. Illegal Content: Users must not access, download, upload, distribute, or store any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
  4. Personal Use: While occasional personal use of company technology resources may be permitted, it must not interfere with work responsibilities or violate any other provisions of this policy.

3. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, as well as legal consequences. Knoxxa Digital reserves the right to monitor and audit the use of its technology resources to ensure compliance with this policy and to protect the company's interests.
